Fenugreek helps. and pumping. pump every 2 hours even if baby just ate. the more you pump the more you'll make

Well since my baby is in the nicu all i do is pump she can't breastfeed just yet, i pump every 2 to 3 hours for 15 minutes but my breast are not giving much anymore , before they use to give A LOT a have my freezer full because they sent some back since i had so much but they're not gicing much anymore

Pump after skin to skin! That's what I did when my baby was in the nicu to produce more. Also, drink lots and lots of water, don't skip pumpings, and lately I've found oats and carrots help increase supply. There is also a tea called mothers milk that's supposed to help. Idk if it does or not, it tastes like black licorice so I couldn't tolerate it lol

that's cool. I'm also a ftm so I really only know what a few people tell me. and for some reason where I live not very many people breast feed @melodyly

the more the baby sucks the more of the supply the boob is producing. That's how it was for me :)

Also look at pictures of your baby or ask her nicu nurse for her blanket so you can smell her scent and see her while you pump! It'll make you produce more. Or if you can pump in her room and look at her, that helps too
