Question: Are birthing classes recommended for first time moms and are they truly beneficial?

Me an my hunny went. we learned a bunch of stuff

I procrastinated going to mine so I never had one and when I went into labor I wished I had.

I signed up for one and was so excited to go but then my husband had a stomach bug and we couldn't attend :(.

I didn't take them and I wish it did. I thought I knew what to expect but I was kinda lost
