high blood pressure and blurry vision are not good. I would go to labor and delivery. Meanwhile if your hesitant lay on your left side and breathe. Whenever my blood pressure is high my doctor has me do that and then re takes it and it always goes down.

But your blood pressure isn't high, if it goes pass 120/80 then go to L&D asap
