can someone help.me ... I been having spotting n I just saw a little tiny blood clot n been.cramping for the past 2days I don't know wats wrong n I'm scared for the worse

Yeah I'm.here already but they haven't said anything they have just been checking my.uterus n my cervix.. I mea..I.never had.this happen woth my.daughter everything was fine bit every other pregnancy is.different.. hopefully is.nothing bad.or serious..but thank.u I will ask. @aly15
