I take fenugreek and it works pretty well! I take it 2x/day and it makes your sweat and pee smell like maple syrup haha

I thought its 3 capsules 3 times a day my bottle says 3 capsules a day though. do you take all 3 at once?

well sometimes I take all 3 like I'm supposed too. other days I take 1 or none at all I usually pump if somebody has kept her and she had a bottle. then I'm able to pump two I can get a full bottle out of each side. I don't pump like I'm supposed to though or I could probably get even more @mrs.oliva

meeeee I don't even take it right because I'm horrible about remembering to take things and we never have anything to drink but I've got a good freezer supply. and I pumped over five ounces from 1 boob yesterday
