Today I've decided that once my pack of cigarettes are gone I won't be buying anymore. I feel bad because the moment I couldn't breast feed anymore I started smoking again. I went 10 months without smoking & I caved into my cravings & had one. I realize my son needs me to be around for a long time & if I keep smoking that'll cut down my life span. So please pray for me as I try to quit smoking.

i understand what your going through... it's been really hard for me too. my last cigarette was on thanksgiving I stopped smoking as soon as I thought I was pregnant, but lots of people at my job smoke and I can smell it. but I haven't picked up one. I have anxiety disorder and cigarettes help relax me so I'm really scared that once the Baby it's born I'll relapse because my life/job is filled with stress.
bit i really want to breast feed...
I'm trying tho

@shellybear, I wish I wouldn't have picked it back up but once my son got here I was so overwhelmed with him & breastfeeding that I picked it back up. he wouldn't latch & I tried pumping but my milk just dried up. it broke my heart.
