Getting some sun:)

the sun helps with jaundice too! :) my poor baby had to be stuck twice for his jaundice levels

@january10th, That's what we got out for, I felt bad she's been stuck on that light for so long! we couldn't walk to long though, it got to hot and she has to be stuck again tomorrow :(

awww poor baby :( kaine didn't need the light but he did have jaundice till he was about a month & a half

when did you start taking her on walks like how old is she or was she? @sking092192

@mommyzay, Today was the first day, it was only about 15 minutes though. she's 5 days old, she has bad jaundice and the sun helps heal it

@january10th, Her light is this neat blanket /pad thing. she hates it lol

so I should try and wait to take my son out after his 2 months shot unless I really need to? @sking092192

lol I bet, poor baby hopefully she heals fast & doesn't need it anymore.you can also put her in front of a window & have sun shining on her so you don't have to go out side like sit her in her bouncer or swing maybe that's what I did with kaine

@mommyzay, It's really up to you, some people do and some dont. I'm not going to take her somewhere like walmart or anything for a while but just getting out and walking doesn't bother me because there's not alot of people and @january10th we are going to set her pack and play up in front of the big windows tomorrow and let her sun bathe:)

that's good hopefully she'll be okay soon, good luck to her tomorrow! it made me cry both times because kaine just looked at me like really mom you're going to let then do this to me :'(

my son got pricked 5 times for that Billy Ruben test. it was awful. he would scream so loud & my motherly instinct was to hit the nurse in the face.

of course I didn't, but wanted to so badly.

She's doing good!! we go back to the doctor in the morning so we will see:)
