Time for bed. Every night my contractions are 20-40 minutes apart and during the day they're irregular. There's more pressure while I'm sleeping than while I'm awake and moving around.

My doctor also recommended me getting the flu shot while pregnant ? I'm not sure if I want to or if i should ? It's all scary to me !! What do you ladies think ? Did you get the flu shot while pregnant ? Are there any risks? Or should I wait ? I'm so scared of taking anything while pregnant , much less getting this shot.. He said it isn't mandatory , just recommended.
