So Gabe and I are going to church tomorrow. How do I go about taking my milk with me? Ik it has to stay cold. Do I freeze it put it in the bag and thaw it when I need it or what. Idk that's why I don't go anywhere.

How long is church? you can pump a bottle, and leave it out fot 4-6 hours
I always pump right before we leave, our church service is 2 hours so its perfect

I would just feed him from my breast and use a nursing cover. So much quicker
