Ladies,that have lost weight while breastfeeding after Thier 6 week pp appointment, what have you been eating or working out ? I need to lose weight but I am scared to diet because of my milk but I need to do something ahhhh
Eat lots of protein and drink lots of water, protein makes u full and is awesome and healthy and the water keeps ya milk flowing and keep ya hydrated, I drink ensure, dole shaker smoothies, I eat almonds, pistachios, trail mix and lots of dried fruit, also salad is good!
