Moms is this baby acne? He's got it on his forehead, cheeks ears and a little behind his ears

Yes that's what my baby's look like and they said it was acne and eczema

yes Sophia had it for like 3 weeks went away on its own

Ok. That's what I thought but I wasn't sure how long it would take to clear up.

Yes my son had it & his Dr said don't put lotion on it cause it would keep it moist & it wouldn't go away
