I was due on Tuesday😣 I'm dilated to 3cm and have been having contractions for 30 hours now. But not in active labor yet 😕

Have you had a membrane sweep? Or are you dilating at all yet? I had a membrane sweep on my due date and with 48 hours these contractions started and haven't stopped.

no maam. At my last appointment my doctor didn't even suggest it and I'm not dilating at all. He just told me my cervix is open at 2 cm.and I'm thick. He suggested me getting induced since there's no movement..ugh well at least your having some contractions..have you been to l&d recently @mmora

I was there today. But they had to send me home cause I was dilating but so slowly. I went from 2 1/2 to 3 in like 6 hours 😔 they said it's just gonna take awhile. Well I recommend the membrane sweep I think it got me closer to having the baby. It doesn't work for all moms but some get it at like 37 weeks so they are still kinda far from their due date but your closer so it might work for you. Helped me lose my mucous plug and my cervix thinned out more. I hope you don't go over your due date I've been miserable lol

Lol I already know I'm going past my due date lol.. I'm pretty sure nothing is gonna happen from here to Saturday lol... Ima call my doctor tomorrow and see what we can have done before next week.. If not I'm for sure getting induced @mmora

Me too I get induced next Friday if nothing happens. Funny I had a feeling I was gonna go over too... Good luck tho I hope you get your baby sooner rather than later😊
