the same thing happened with my first daughter I heard screaming in the next room & was scared as hell lol but when its your turn you forget all about it & your body just jumps into action like it already knows what to do. Good luck!!
I only yelled a little with my first because it was natural due to my epidural not working right and the doctor was very rough. With my other three I just cried a bit.

Lol its not that bad well at least not for me since I had a epidural I was a quiet pusher according to my doctor
