buy a bag of finely chopped coconut not shredded smaller then that and add one egg and 1/2 cup of suger. Then roll into 1in Ball place on nonstick cookie sheet put In the ove for 20 minutes on 250 or unroll golden brown. Let then cool down and you're good to go.
(if it's too dry add another egg and depending on your sweet tooth add more suger or you could drizzle chocolate on top)
