its common in pregnancy just a bacteria in vagina and it wont affect baby they give you medicine in your IV when you go in to have your baby

its very common. like 1 out of 4 women have it. its just a bacteria that lives in the body. it can be very harmful to the baby so they will give you antibiotics in labor.

it can come and go naturally at any time.

not an std at all I tested positive for it they recommend 2 doses of the antibiotics before delivery but my little man came fast only got 1 dose and he's perfectly fine :)

I was positive and my son is healthy as can be. it's just a natural bacteria we all have in our vagina some women just have more of it. but like I said it's a natural bacteria.

keep in mind strep B is not an infection, its just a bacteria some women have, its nothing bad like an std. But if the baby comes out and breathes it in, it could cause pneumonia and such so they'll give you antibiotics when you go into labor to keep that from happening.

I have strep b nothing to worry about
