Okay so all of sudden my feet are killing me :/ Like by my toes hurt so bad. Do you guys know why??

it helps me when i just put some pillows under my feet and keep them elevated for the night your probably standing to long just try and stay off your feet@cynthiaa

@nechalcare45, Thats the problem. I've been laying down all day today so i don't know why it hurts. I just put on some shoes & it was just hurting when i walked :/

ohhh ok you need to walk around hun at least five minutes to keep the blood circulating and drink water thats probably why @cynthiaa
