anyone have high blood pressure after labor? mine was perfect my whole pregnancy and after I popped him out its been high since! there thinking I might need blood pressure meds which sucks because I'm only 23

I found out today at my appointment that I have pregnancy high blood pressure. Really scared. She said that it will go away after delivery>>>hopefully I say. I have lost 21lbs an I eat healthy and drink lots of water. She also said it's because my hormones are reacting to my body differently because of not being pregnanat for 8 years. Ugh so stressed out.
