i logged out and back in and updated my app still didn't work.... but its only lil metro phn if i get on my sprint phn it works just fine

@alicia91, did you uninstall the app and then download again. There is a new update to the software. Try this and let me know if it works. 😀

I cant either, I have to open and close the app over and over to make it work or leave it "open" all day but I feel like it drains my battery for some reason :(
