So I'm super upest but i wanted u ladies to know I'm probably going to delete the app i went to my first ultrasound yesterday and received news that my baby isn't growing and its heart rate is only 90 so my lil one is not going make it I'm waiting to miscarrie and if I don't in the next 10 days I will be scheduled for a D&C 😢😢😢😢 I wish all u ladies the best with your little ones and nothing but health and happiness 😢💖

Are you breast feeding? A lot of people say if you're sick and breast feeding then you can be as close as you want to your baby since she's getting the antibodies through your milk @mdomke22

Only 1% of what you ingest goes into your breastmilk, so as long as you wait until after a nursing session to take the medication, it won't peak in your bloodstream and the baby won't get too much of it. OTC stuff is generally ok. My pediatrician has told me I can take claritin, sudafed, and tylenol cold while I'm nursing. I really want to take dayquil, but it has antihistamine in it, which can reduce my milk supply.
