Im 30 weeks and my son has fluid in his kidneys. Someone who is also carrying a boy has the same problem. Is tht mostly common in boys?
they told me tht just after hes born to go in for a follow up to see if he needs surgery. Its common in boys @missj_stephens
yeah same here he has fluid in his kidney they checked twice already now i go in again in 3 weeks
I'm going through that right now to . At 20 weeks they saw the fluid I gotten 3 ultrasounds and it's still the same but every one keeps telling me it common in boys . They just get lazy and don't wanna pee . Doctors told me nothing to worry about if it doesn't go away just have to follow up with a specialist after baby is born .
Yea I checked up on it twice and it haven't gotten any better or worse so wen hes born u have to do a follow up
@kingsmommy2k15, they told me they will keep an eye on her after birth on case it happens again but apparently it's normal
My son has fluid in his right kidney. I went for one ultrasound and they found it. They said it would go away. However I went to an ultrasound 2 weeks ago and he still has it. I'm go to the doctor tomorrow so I may find out more.
Ohh ok cause the doctors said is mild and if its worse he will have to have surgery and thts what worried me
@kingsmommy2k15, I'm not carrying a boy but I did have that with mine, it was pretty high levels too. it was gone within two months on its own, they said it's pretty common:)
yup thats what they told me as well
