I would definitely say yes your water broke especially since you say it's clear with no smell. I would call your dr just to make sure

@zanesmommy, mines a constant slow leak and then if I sit or lay a while it's like a small gush :/

it sounds like your water, as long as you've been staying hydrate you water cab replenish itself to an extent. I'd get it check. My sisters did that.

Yes it can! You probably are only losing a little at a time, but definitely get checked or call your dr
