Mommies who breastfeed: If I start pumping now once a day for about 5 min just to help bring labor on, am I going to have any colostrum left for when baby gets here? I'll be 39 weeks on Tuesday.

@mmora, I was told you keep making it until the placenta is delivered. . but I'm not sure how true that is:/

@alhynele, I'll def ask at my appointment on Tuesday :) @sking092192 I heard that milk doesn't come in till a few days after birth I'm just hoping I don't mix my body up lol

yes, i pumped for 2 weeks before baby arrived, and i had more than enough colostrum for him, plus my milk arrived 2 days later
