My baby has started spitting up a lot almost every time I feed her. Sometimes it's milk, sometimes it looks clear..should I call her pediatrician or is this normal? She's on all breast milk

I'd call. she could have reflux.

it could be that, too. I was concerned about my daughter spitting up too much and when we decreased her feedings my 2 oz. she stopped throwing up so much. maybe try decreasing her feed by 1 or 2 oz, depending on how much you're feeding her.
