hear a lot of people talking about these nipple shields..what exactly do they look like??.

its a thin piece of plastic or something thats shaped like a nipple you put it over your nipple so when you breastfeed it doesn't hurt

I have no idea I've never used one, because I heard that they can also cause nipple confusion so I just toughed it out without one
