I have the same issue. irritable utterus and constant contractions for ever now. I tried it and it made them go crazy. nurses said they don't recommend it for people that already have a cranky utterus

@jrsmommy0310, That's what I'm afraid of, have you had any success dilating so far?

I'm only a finger tip but effaced. getting induced next Thursday! have you talked to your Dr about setting up a induction? I didn't really want one but this boy is stubborn

yeah I've actually been in hospital contractions 2-3 minutes apart but I want dilate. so probably gonna get induced. I don't think he has plans to come before then

@jrsmommy0310, That's exactly what I'm going through to a t. it's awful! they won't induce before 39 weeks so if I can't go ahead and get them to it'll be Tuesday..

I took castor oil for two days and the second day I took it I woke up with horrible contractions, went to the hospital and sure enough I was in labor and I was 38+5 when I went in.

well I'm penciled in for next Thursday lol. is luck to you!
