@babyace, it is stuffed peppers out of miss kay cook book but I kind never follow instructions so it's kinda my way of doing it it is sausage instead of hamburger meat and has mushrooms and celery and onions, chopped up garlic and bell peppers in it with tomatoe sauce and paste in with it and.cheese @uhohitskyra your correct;)

Ya I had brown rice but watch our carbs and it has alot in it. my husband is a diabetic type 1 so I count EVERYTHING LOL @uhohitskyra
