So this is some bullshit. My boyfriend had to start paying child support almost two years ago, he's paid off all of his back pay.
And since his low life baby momma can't ever work she lives off of walefare like she loves to brag about and they took my boyfriends whole the whole damn tax return, to pay off what they have paid her. Anyone else expierence this with their baby dad's and others or anything. I just don't see how that's fair how can the walefare office take his money to pay for money they have given her on top of his 200 monthly child support payments. Ahh pissed

well that makes no sense....welfare shouldn't of done that especially because he pays his child support. I would call them up and ask why

@courtney_boyea, yeah I have him on the phone with Alaskan child services because that's where she lives. It doesn't make any sense to me. But that is who the IRS said to call

Hopefully all of his back pay is documented. If not she can just report it and bam take his tax refund like no one's business. I would def ask for a whole statement dating back 2yrs+.

Child support is tricky, if he wasn't paying it when she was on welfare or want paying up until recently they will go after the father, becuase he wasn't paying and she needed help. Make sure he keeps documents of everything every cent!

if she's getting government assistance it has nothing to do with child support.... If she gets welfare (TCA) then they can make him pay it back ... it's not fair but that's how it works
