Go to dr! It is possible to get an infection in the week after birthing . I spent my entire 1st week home with a 105 f fever and only feeling worse until I went back in . I was given TWO different kinds of antibiotics to treat . But soon I was feeling much better and was no longer sleeping away those precious first weeks

no are you still squirting water down there and keeping it dry?? sounds like it got infected or inflaimed somthing in that general direction.
