my Dr told me when I got mine put in that you'll have cramps for about 3 months and either really long periods or short ones for 3 months until your body get used to the hormones in it

i had the mirena got it after my second child in 09. didn't bleed or cramp bad. also be careful mine somehow moved further up in my uterus my third year while intact. had it surgically removed.

I am getting the nexplanon after I have Nirvana. I am horrible at remembering to take pills or get a shot. after my first year with mirena my periods shortened from five to three days then none at all.

I know I hate cramps I have never had any crams until the merina. @carolinagyrlintxworld89 did they ever explain to you how yours moved up? has me kinda worried
