I plan to breast feed. but I'm curious...I was reading the vitamins and other ingredients in the formula that I have (I grabbed a sample pack for in case my milk is a little slow at first) and it looks amazing lol. I know breast milk has all these vitamins as well but I'm wondering if it's actually MORE Beneficial to BOTH breast feed and introduce formula as well?? Cuz if it'll provide benefits then I'll definitely do both. Cuz I don't think breast milk provides things like biotin, which is in the formula. Hmmmmm I'll have to ask my pediatrician.

the only real bad thing about formula is it can give them gas and sometimes you have to switch because it can hurt Thier tummies. If your breastfeeding you have to be careful not to get them use to the bottle because they will prefer the bottle because it's easyer to suck. Both are great options !

thanks I'll have to try that!! I'm breast feeding mostly for the fact that breast milk and colostrum is really good for the baby. so if he prefers bottle then I won't mind. I'll just pump my milk into bottles. but if he does still like the boob then that's good too Cuz that is good bonding :)
