so I'm debating hard about starting/introducing my baby on formula soon...I mean I really don't want to but my supply is getting low like not enough to pump extra... just enough for feedings :/...and I'm going bac to work in a week and a half. ugh I just wish I had more milk! can baby's drink formula while you're gone and then nurse when you're around? or is that too confusing for their stomach? ugh I need advice ladies!

what helped me is that i nursed on demand and when you return to work pump around the time your baby feeds....feed your baby before you leave and tell ur sitter not to give a bottle when your in ur way back...it helps a lot

u can pump and store in the freezer too when she not feeding and u have milk

@mdomke22, I suggest buying a gentle formula for a back up plan in case she does run out of milk while you're gone

i bf my 1st son for 3 weeks than when i get back to work i only bf him at night and formula fed during the day he did pretty good.
