It helped me once, baby number 2! Plus she ended up being my easiest labour and delivery. Good luck!!! Xxx

mine did....I was 1cm when she did the sweep 10 that night my contractions started baby was at 6 the next morning....it all depends but it can help get things going xx

Yeah I've heard sometimes they don't really help labour start.. oh well fingers crossed! thank you :)x
