so ladies, so before i found out i was pregnant i had my smear test done. ive just got my results (a month later) saying theyre referring me to the hospital.... do you think this could be because they picked up i was pregnant?? can they tell through a smear?? x

This happened to me too! I would give your GP a ring for advice. In my case my result came back dodgy because I was already pregnant. So I have arranged for a colposcopy after baby is 6 weeks old to be on the safe side(I have a family history of pre-Cancer cervical cells) .9

Ps. They can still do the colposcopy while your pregnant they just can't treat you until after baby is born.

im currently waiting on my gp calling me back. its just got me alittle worried. i didnt think smear cud pick up pregnancy but hopefully thats what it cud be. thanks x
