It's pure acid and now it like half fills my mouth.. Happens all the time when I'm teaching and I can't exactly excuse myself to go and spit lol. I'm munching gaviscon and rennie like there's no tomoro :( xx

Oh really? Thats so bad! Mine just comes to the top of my throat. Haha, I've found drinking cold water helps it..maybe try that? Xx

Try more natural thinks like fruit tea. My throat burns so much I make my self sick but on the days I drink 5/6 cups one after the other of fruit tea (especially peppermint) I feel wonderful!

I also have trouble with this.But once I suck on a Rennie it goes. These really help and I also heard Tums is good too. x

I find if rennies aren't working then a glass of milk will 😃 x

Milk makes me worse.. I don't know why 😫 but I'll try peppermint tea, stock up on more rennie and buy some tums! Cheers girls!! Xx

I refuse to take rennie and gavisgon but go for natural resources and recently found that peppermint tea really does help :):)

My friend is manager in Holland and Barrett and recommended just the peppermint tablets so I'm giving those a try aswell 😁

I find tums much better than rennies and thy taste nicer! Peppermint tea is also good hotter the better. X
