Why do docs say not to push!

@mmmirage, fully dialated is 10 cm, if she pushes at 9cm she can risk tearing her cervix which is a whole other ball game when it comes to stitches and all

my body started pushing on its own, n my nurse kept saying hold him in, doc is almost here lol

lol yup its certainly possible, they kept checking me to see where he was just in case they needed to catch him

its crazy how they hold off sooo long, then they want to shoot out of us haha

I had a nurse push my legs together when I tried to push. I applaud you, though. Being able to type while pushing. I couldn't. I was too busy almost breaking my fiancé's hand, haha
