LABOR STORY:

went in fora scheduled Induction due to Chronic Hypertension. I was 38 weeks. Got in my room at 11 started on Cervidil at 12pm I was good until 4 pm my baby started to have a dip in her heart rate she wasnt handling either the meds or the contractions to good. (I was already contracting when I got there.) so they took the cervidil out for an hour at 5pm they put it back in and told me around four am they would take me down to labor and delivery and take out the cervidil well at 8pm Brooklyn had 3 drops in her heart rate so they rushed in put me on oxygen and IV and took out the cervidil they check me and I was still Closed tight 90% effaced the doctor decided to send me to L&D to start pitocin but out of no where my contractions started to come back to back So I got frustrated and started to cry and snap on everybody because I was contracting back to back with no change and I didnt know why and neither did they after digging around in my records and history they came to tge conclusion I wasnt dialating because of a previous surgery on my cervix and it was fused shut because of scar tissues so they wheeled me to L&D where I labored a little more on my own til 1130 and I couldnt take the pain no more and was begging foran epidural. After my epi the doctor ripped away the scar tissues from my cervix and I was at 4cm and she stretched me to a 5 from then on I just labored on my own no pitocin no anything My meds started to wear off around 6 am and I asked for more meds in my epi I was at 7cm I got a second dose and 30 mins later I had a bunch of pressure. They checked me I was at 10cm and Brooklyns heart kept dropping to like 67 with every contraction so They rushed in again with the oxygen and sped up my IV got her stabled and it was time to push after 45 mins of pushing She was here at 931am so worth all the pain and trouble I labored for 25 1/2 hours my longest labor ever and in the words of (Rasputia from the mobie Norbit) NEVER AGAIN ☝ Lol
