Rectal is the most accurate way to do it so if arm pit or in the mouth shows a high tempt. And you call in your doctor will suggest doing it rectally if it's still high then they will have you bring baby in to be checked. If it's low rectally you will be able to stay home and give Tylenol.

@alicia3_18 at the hospital I saw them using arm pit but I wasn't sure if that was a special thermometer or something
