So i breastfeed and formula feed. every time after i bottle feed my son he spits up :( ughh there goes another outfit! even with z bib and towel it gets on his clothes!

my son did it too... i put just a tad bit more water in the formula mix then it says to..like a 4oz bottle i do 4 1/2oz water and then the 2 scoops.. it seemed to work a lot better.

My daughter does the same thing. I don't do formula but her dr said it was a feflex thing.

ladirs it is very dangerous to add extra water to breast milk or formula. I didn't know if you knew this or jot. but this is from the what to expect website. I thought about that with my first child three years ago and asked a doctor and. I remembered them tellig me. no back then because it was so dangerous

It says in large amounts though... I mean my bf did it with his daughter because she did the exact same thing and it worked with her and she is now 8 and perfectly healthy.. I mean I don't do anymore than 1/2oz extra water.. but I will be asking his pediatrician about this just to be safe..
