I'd be happy to take it. I'm from Alaska but live in Oregon and this whole past week it has been in the mid 60s. with a record breaking heat for February the past 7 years.

@sexii_diiva, you definitely have to love the outdoor life if you want to live there otherwise there's nothing to do. Lol. fun fact: the Castle megastore there is the most profitable off the franchise. haha. if that gives you any indication.
