I am 14 weeks and 3 days&& I keep feeling movement but it's above naval. ..is it baby or no?

I first felt my babies down low to the right or left side. it'll feel like popcorn or flutters.

my babies are have been naval level since 17 weeks. when they search for the heartbeats their heartbeats are always on both sides of my naval... and I didn't need that for confirmation at all, cuz I knew that they were naval length when they would move.
