Make a birth plan.might not go exactly as plan but I always feel better once I have a plan. Then find ppl that support your plan whether it's family member, def. your dr.preggies,or blogs.

Mine 2. Just think about what u want your ideal labor to be. If you want natural, c section etc. You can always google birth plan & fill it out online. I want a natural birth (water) so I'm doing my research on that. I'm watching " the business being born" as we speak (2nd time) just to confirm that's what I want. Research is the key

The more u know less fear u will have & don't be scared to question your midwives/Ob
