I would wait an hour and a half in between feeding and pumping, while pumping also gave a warm washcloth over the top of your breasts, that will also help you pump more but keep in mind, you won't get that much, when I use to pump I would only get like 2oz. Maybe even 1, that's normal, the baby can get way more milk than the pump can

I think because they sick a lot harder than the actual pump, that is also what the lactation consultant told me
