Blood pressure back normal so after my blood work gets back im goin home... Still pregnant😔😔 fine then ... Not too much longer im dilating lik i should be almost 4 cm is amazing

ok so I have a weird question. Is it possible to get a postive pee test and then get blood work done and it come back negative? I know people are probably tired of answering questions on here but im just nervous cuz I still havnt had a blood test done but got several positive pee tests. Was just wondering if its possible cuz my mil keeps telling me its not for sure til the blood test :(
