Contractions are 2 minutes apart, and I can't feel a thing. This is funny.

that's how I was...I didn't feel a thing.. they said you should feel the baby pushing down .it's just pressure not pain... I didn't even feel that.lucky the nurse checked me cuz he was about to slide out lol..

I'm thinking about it. Isn't there an IV type, but it's not as strong.

I had an IV. it stayed in my back && was constantly flowing in me..they gave me a button too bevaue you can put an extra dose in yourself... && I felt light cramping after awhile && they gave me something even stronger.. but the iv was in me the whole time

I feel like I wouldn't be able to lay down if I had it. I go pee like every hour to an hour and a half. @sexii_diiva

the iv in your back is for the epidural. they do have meds they can give you thru the iv in your arm tho it makes you really drowsy kinda makes you feel like you're drunk.

when they do epidural they put catheter in you..you won't be able to feel if you have to use the bathroom or not... you dont even feel it in your back because I thought I wouldnt be able to lay down... && it didn't make me drunk or drowsy but it may for you... I was fine up && talking watching TV... but after the baby they gave me percocet ...now that made me feel so drunk.. so I made sure I took only 1 dose instead of 2 .. I didn't wanna hold my baby && drop him lol
