Hi I believe that I am pregnant and I have a Dr appointment for this week but I am just looking for some feedback. My breasts are killing me and have grown about 30% within the past week or so. My period has been haywire since I have gotten it back last year after I didn't have it BC of my birth control I was on for about 8 months in 2013. So trying to follow my cycle never really helps when it is on average 16 days late every month. I am always tired and want to sleep and eat. Me and my fiance are trying not to be to excited prematurely only to get our hopes up. But I generally feel like crap and I have had the most terrible neck and shoulder cramp in the same spot for the past 3 days. I'm just looking for general thoughts on my situation and if these are common signs and symptoms of pregnancy. Thanks
