is it bad to breastfeed again if I had stopped breastfeeding.....I noticed my milk is very clear and watery doesn't look like how it did before (it always looks like the bottle to the left)....is it bad if I put baby on to drink that? I tried yesterday and he spit it back up and I currently have him latched on right now for a few minutes before I give him his bottle....he's on formula btw.

That's just fore milk. Baby has to nurse longer to get to the fattier hind milk.

Are you wanting to breastfeed again if so you can get fenugreek and take it, it will help your milk supply along with baby latching

@californiahaley, you seem like the breast feeding info lady so i have a qustion o stopped breastfeeding bout 2 months ago and every other day i still get a drop or two milk out my left boob is it to late to get my supply back ?and my baby likes to grab my boob and sniffs it im thinking she still wants to latch

@babygirl10-11, I'm sure you can start nursing again. Get some lactation cookies, make some lactation smoothies ect. Get some funagreek you can get it at walmart super cheap. Stay away from supply dropping things like peppermint. You'll have to give it time before you can go to fully breastfeeding and understand they may or may not be possible to exclusively breastfeed. If you have a pump I'd use it religiously like every 2 hours, or at the very least after baby nurses to up supply. If when you use it you don't get any milk do it for about 5 minutes, and if you do get milk while pumping do it for 5 minutes after the milk stops. 😊
