not much you can do about it. I had to leave my sons finger alone it went away on its own his finger was like extra purple it looked really bad it only took 2 days for it to go away
@mom2be96, go put a spoon in the freezer for a little and wait till its really cold. then set it on her wet it so it doesn't stick of course. it may help. other then using a cap of some sort. to get rid of hickies.
Get them one of these, it's a teether from bright stars they sell at Walmart my baby won't do a paci, and she's breastfeeding the ridges feel like they are sucking on their fingers so that's why she like it

Its a hickey lol they go away on there own. my son sucked on his thumb & made it purple it went away after 2 days

Ohkay. well that's good. this is why I try to get her to use a pacifier but she prefers her arms @january10th

Yea my son prefers his finger he hates pacifiers but he sucks so hard that he leaves it purple. so I make sure to keep gloves on him
