Well with my over supply I have to pump or else I'm just miserable all day. I think if you get I to a rhythm and get a pump you really like it's better. I have the freemie pump and like it way better then my other two
Well the freemie is different cause it has cups that collect milk not bottles, and the cups go in your bra. So your not holding the cups. It's more private and the hold 8oz each most pump bottles hold 5-6 oz.
