can this night get any worse?! ugh! hubby got pulled over and was doing 90 in a 70 zone plus! he didn't have the insurance paper on him! so he got ticketed for that and has court seriously?! plus I'm only 4 days away from labor I don't need this stress!! ugh!!!

90 in a 70?! I'm surprised he just got a ticket and court. Anything 90+ is considered vehicular reckless endangerment (at least in CA) and can result in a felony, jail time, suspension of license, and a fine, plus goes on your record.

yeah it is here too! I have a feeling there going to determine in court his punishment.. due to whole no price on the ticket.. I swear I hate that dam mustang.. it always givin cops the needed attention and him speeding has got to stop.

Yeah he'll get sentenced in court. It was extremely stupid of him to risk jail time when you're so close to your DD. Well it's stupid any time but real stupid now!!

I'm so with you girl. My husband was the same way in his stupid truck. Went too fast everywhere. Burned too much had. Spent to much money. I hated that thing. He was an idiot in it. He finally sold it. Thankfully

@californiahaley, he has his mustang ( project car) a bike and truck. I only have my Passat due to the baby.. I wanted my four runner -.- but got that at least I'm semi safer... bike needs to go mustang needs to go and he can have his dam truck. :l
