Dinner was quite delicious tonight. I made fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, mac and cheese, and corn... I'm stuffed!

haha! this is the first time I have made fried chicken in a long time and I have never done it. it definitely made a difference! @alicia91

I soaked mine in buttermilk with salt and pepper over night and it made the chicken pretty juicy! @alicia91
